Article 1 — Scope

These terms set out the conditions for using the personality test and related content provided by Kokoro Type (referred to below as “this site”).

Article 2 — Nature of the service

Results are reference information for self-understanding. They must not be used as the sole basis for medical or psychological diagnosis, hiring or other important decisions.

Article 3 — Prohibited activities

Users must not reproduce or redistribute content without permission, make automated bulk requests or interfere with the operation of the service.

Article 4 — Paid content

The detailed report is a one-time digital purchase. Retesting and viewing past reports with the same verified email incur no extra charge while this service remains available. Refunds are generally unavailable after delivery. Duplicate payments and technical problems are reviewed individually.

Article 5 — Liability

This site accepts no liability for damage arising from use of assessment results.

Article 6 — Operation outside Japan

This site operates from outside Japan and provides digital content only, with no shipping or customs procedures. Support is handled by email in Japanese. Time-zone differences may delay replies until the next business day or later. Telephone support is not available.

Article 7 — Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws where the operator is located. Disputes concerning use of this site are subject to the exclusive first-instance jurisdiction of the courts in that location. This does not restrict rights granted by mandatory consumer protection laws.

Article 8 — Changes

These terms may be updated as needed. Changes take effect when published on this page.
