Japanese commercial disclosure
This page provides disclosures under Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act for distance selling. The seller operates as an individual business; the seller's name, address and telephone number will be disclosed without delay upon request under the Act.
Operation outside Japan
This site is provided by an individual operator based outside Japan. Please take the following into account:
- Contact：Support is handled by email in Japanese. Time-zone differences may delay replies until the next business day or later.
- Telephone support: Not available. Please contact the email address above.
- Products: Digital content only. There is no shipping, customs clearance, customs duty or import tax.
- Consumption tax and taxation: The operator has no office in Japan. Displayed prices do not include Japanese consumption tax. Tax treatment follows the laws where the operator is located.
- Refunds and disputes: Refund availability follows the Returns and cancellations section. Governing law and jurisdiction are defined in the Terms of use.
- Payments: PayPal processes payments. This site does not retain or store your card information.

How to request seller disclosures
To request the seller's name, responsible operator, address or telephone number, email the contact address above with the subject “Disclosure request under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act”. After verification, we will disclose the information without delay, normally within about one week.
